Peregrine Builders was born out of a desire to provide personal building services. Far too often, personal, one-on-one service stops after the contract is signed. Peregrine Builders is committed to remaining fully engaged from start to finish. That is why we limit the number of clients we contract with at any given time.
Brian Fulbright - Owner
Brian grew up in Charlotte and attended North Carolina State University where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Initially, Brian worked as an IT consultant and project director installing hospital and back office computer systems. Ultimately, Brian became the CIO of national management services organization. He and his wife became increasingly involved with Habitat for Humanity. That involvement led to their leading his community in a campaign that funded and built a home in the Eddy Place Habitat for Humanity subdivision in Mooresville. That effort sparked the desire for Brian to get back to his engineering roots. Over time, he subsequently left his management post and started Peregrine Builders in 2003. Peregrine Builders has purposely remained small so Brian can maintain personal contact with each client by being on-site and working side-by-side with his hand picked trades people. The success of this strategy is proven out by a growing list of clients that continue to call back when it's time for the next project.
